Requirements below:
Essential:
– 2 years+ full-time marketing experience
– Experience with managing people
– Assertive, responsive, self-directed problem solver
– Keen attention to detail (to uphold Cahoot’s standards and ethos)
– Experience managing in-house and external teams
– Available during UK office hours 09:00–17:00 week days
– Understanding/experience of the UK care sector
– Web project management experience
– Experience with Project Management tools like Slack, Trello.
Cahoot Marketing is made up of a dynamic team of 30+ copywriters, editors, content marketers, brand marketers, designers, developers, videographers, administrators, strategists and SEO specialists, and due to the organic growth of the business we are looking for a new person to join our core team.
You will be responsible for key areas:
– Onboarding and assisting in onboarding for new care marketing clients
– Client account management, calls, emails, occasional site visits
– Project management of key marketing deliverables (web, video, content)
– QA of key marketing deliverables (web, video, content & scheduling)
– Helping to refine and develop systems and standard operating procedures
You may also be able to contribute:
– Seeking out opportunities to review, innovate and improve Cahoot’s offering to the care sector
– Managing team who oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling
– Instigating and supporting Internal marketing initiatives to support and sustain growth
– Attending and contributing in team meetings
– Supporting internal and client social media
– Supporting training new team
– Help organising team days and events
